Login to your Online Calendar
- Click on the appointment of the client who's metrics you wish to view
- If the client does not have an appointment, search for the client
- To view client details, click on the Client Details box
The Client's Metrics will display:
- No-Show: Total count of amount of times the client was marked no-show for an appointment
- Late: Total count of amount of times the client was marked late for an appointment
- Referrals: Total count of amount of referrals the client has referred to your business (with their referral code)
- Total Bookings: Total count of amount of bookings (appointments) this client has made with your business
- Total Sales: Total count of gross sales (before tax) the client has spent at your business (total sales of all appointments/services/add-ons/classes/packages/products).
- Average Spend: This is the average amount that a client spends at each visit (appointment).
- All of the clients' Past and Upcoming appointments will also be listed
- You can choose to either Hide or View the stats of clients
