How to: Book a Recurring Appointment Series

Login to your Online Calendar

• Click the + New Appointment button at the bottom of your Online Calendar
• Or, click on the time slot and select "Create Appointment"
  • Click + Add a Client (if they are a new customer and not in your Client List yet) or select a client
  • Select the service
  • Select the provider 
  • Select the date and time of the appointment
• Toggle ON "Book this as a recurring appointment series"

• Choose when you want the appointment series to repeat 
• Choose when you want the recurring appointment series to end
• Click Book Appointment Series

• The clients Appointment Details for all appointments in the recurring appointment series will display the recurring series details
