The Difference Between Fast Book & Override, and When to Use Each

• With Override ON, you can book outside of location hours and book outside of staff hours
• With Fast Entry ON, you can book any service with any provider and book any date and time, whether it's outside of location/ staff hours or during the same time as another appointment

FAST BOOK = The Wild, Wild West. It will allow you book outside of ALL rules. 

• WARNING: Fast Book should only ever be used for mass-booking future appointments if you are making a switch from another booking system and need 300+ future appointments in Cojilio
• It is not recommended to use Fast Book when booking regular appointments.

When to Use Each? 

• Use Override when you want to book appointments outside staff and location hours
• Use Fast Entry when you want to book appointments with no restrictions (any time, any day, any person, overlapping other appointments)
  • Only recommended for mass future booking. Not recommended for regular use
