Booking an Override appointment is only for special case scenarios. It is generally advised to always use Availability, not Override, when booking appointments to avoid human error
Login to your Online Portal
- In a New Appointment, you can select between Availability or Override
- Availability = your location & staff schedule rules will be followed, AKA Cojilio will only give you the days/times that are available
- Override = allows you to book an appointment on any day, with any staff outside of availability
- To book an Override Appointment, select Override (radio button)
By turning on Override ON, you can:

- Book outside of location hours
- Book outside of staff hours
Note: Override allows you to book at any time, double book your staff or customer, or book during a time that the service/location/staff is not available
