Log in to your Online Calendar
- Your Calendar for Todays Appointments will display
Calendar Navigation:
View All Staff
- To view All Staff in the Day View Calendar, click All Staff
- The All Staff option only appears when you have the Day View Calendar display
- The All Staff option does not appear when you have the Week or Month View Calendar
- All Staff Schedules will now display
Week View:
- To view Week View (7 Days) click Week
- Now you can view your schedule in Week View
Month View:
- To view Month View click Month
- Now you can see your schedule in Month View
Navigate Arrows
- To navigate between days, weeks or months, click the arrows
- Day View will direct to Next Day or Day Before
- Week View will direct to Next Week or Week Before
- Month View will direct to Next Month or Month Before
Location View:
- If you have multiple locations, click the Location Dropdown to select which locations appointments to view
View Appointment Details
- To view appointment details, click on the appointment
- The Appointment Details will display:

Edit: Great for any last minute, on-the-go edits
- The service can be edited to any service offered
- The provider can be edited to any provider that is assigned to the service
- The time, date, location and price can be changed

Appointment Status
- The Appointment Status allows you to update whether:
- A client's appointment has been Completed
- A client was Late to their appointment
- A client was a No Show to their appointment
- The Appointment Status allows you to update whether:

View Client Profile
- The View Client Profile section displays the client's information
- Status & Points earned, email address & phone number
- Appointment Stats
- No shows, lates, referrals, total bookings, total sales and average spend, all upcoming & past appointments
- The View Client Profile section displays the client's information

Registered

- The Registered icon shows that a client has registered and logged into your Cojilio Booking App
- They will receive push notifications & reminders from the Booking App
- If a client does not have a registered icon, they have only booked with you through your Online Booking
- The Registered icon shows that a client has registered and logged into your Cojilio Booking App

Add-Ons
- The Add-Ons section will display add-ons the client might want prior, or upon payment, of their appointment
- In the Add-Ons section you’ll have a + reselect option
- Once you click the + reselect option, you will be able to add or adjust any add-ons for your client

Special Requests
- Clients have a Special Requests section if it is turned on for the service they are booking
- Clients can add notes and/or pictures

Edit: Great for any last minute, on-the-go edits
Add-ons
- After clicking + reselect, the Add-ons edit box will appear
- This allows you to either change the name of the add-on, change the price of an add-on, add an add-on, or remove an add-on
- Click done to finalize any Add-ons changes
Appointment Notes
- There is a section for Appointment Notes that staff need to be aware of
- For example: "NOTE: Client prefers BlondMe over Olaplex treatment."
Complete or Cancel an Appointment
- If the Appointment is Today, the Complete, Late & No Show buttons will appear

Complete: Completes the appointment
- On Complete, the following happens:
- Client receives their loyalty points
- Client metrics are updates with the appointment price
- Client will receive Leave Review & Tip message on their app
- Business Dashboard Metrics are updated with this appointment information
- On Complete, the following happens:
- Late: Completes the appointment and adds 1 Late to the Clients Profile
- No-Show: Marks the appointment as Cancelled and adds 1 No-Show to the Clients Profile
- To Cancel an appointment, click Cancel (this does not mark the client as No-Show):
View Client Profile
- To view the Client Profile, click on their Name
- The Clients Profile & Upcoming Appointments will display
View Client Metrics

Click Show Stats to display the Client Stats
- Average Spend
- Total Spend
- Loyalty Level & Points Balance
- Late(s)
- No-Show(s)
- Average Spend, Total Spend, Loyalty Level & Points Balance, Late(s) & No-Show(s) will appear
