When creating a client account in the Online Calendar or Cojilio Business App, you can now choose how and if they receive their account invite which includes their login credentials.
How to: Send an SMS/Email Invite when creating a Client Account in the Online Calendar
Login to the Online Calendar
- Click the + New Appointment button in the bottom right-hand side
- In top right-hand side of the New Appointment screen, click + Add a client

Fill out the client’s profile information

- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number

- Once an Email Address and/or Phone Number is entered, the invite options will be enabled
- If you would like the client to receive an Email Invite containing their login credentials, leave the "Send this customer a welcome Email" option selected (checked on)
- If you would like the client to receive an SMS Invite containing their login credentials, leave the "Send this customer a welcome SMS" option selected (checked on)
- If the client has an Email Address and Phone Number and you would like them to receive both an SMS and Email Invite, leave both options selected
- If you do not want the client to receive an Email/SMS Invite, leave the option de-selected (checked off)
