How to: Add a New Client in the Online Calendar
When booking an appointment:
Login to your Online Calendar
- Click the New Appointment button at the bottom
- Click + Add a client
- Enter the first name and last name
- If you are adding a client without last name, we recommend using the “-“ symbol
- Enter the email address and phone number
- Phone number OR email address are required on a clients’ profile, not both, so either phone or email can be left blank
- Click Add
- Continue booking the appointment as usual
Through New Checkout:
- Click New Checkout at the bottom
- Click + Add a client
- Enter the first name and last name
- If you are adding a client without last name, we recommend using the “-“ symbol
- Enter the email address and phone number
- Phone number OR email address are required on a clients’ profile, not both, so either phone or email can be left blank
- Click Add
- Continue with the new checkout as usual
How to: Add a New Client in the Online Portal
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Customers in the side menu
- Click Add
- Enter a username
- This is what they will use to login with
- Their username can also be their email address
- Enter a first name and last name
- If you are adding a client without last name, we recommend using the “-“ symbol
- Enter an email address or phone number
- Phone number OR email address are required on a clients’ profile, not both, so either phone or email can be left blank
- Click Add
How to: Add a New Client in the Business App
Login to the Cojilio Business App
- Click the icon in the bottom menu
- Click the icon to add a new client
- Fill out the client’s profile information
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Click Save
