Waitlist feature is in our roadmap! In the meantime, you can add clients to a "Waitlist" in Cojilio by making a blocked slot before open time on the day the waitlist customer requested.
For example, if a client calls to be added to the waitlist for April 15th, reception will add them to the "description" of the Blocked Slot on that day.
