The Pre-Launch Checklist:
1. Have you setup your company?
Location hours, Staff Schedules, Services/Classes/Packages/Add-Ons - this is all done in your Cojilio business portal

2. Have you connected your Payment Provider?
In order for clients to pay for deposits and appointment balances, you must connect your Clover, Stripe, PayPal, TD, PayBright, Sola North or Elavon account. This is done in your Business Portal

3. Have you uploaded any Photo, Video, Blog or Promo Posts?
Give your clients some premium content to land on when they download your app and open it for the first time! Before & After service photos are a great way to start. This is done through your Business App.

Note: The client Booking Apps (iOS & Android) are only included in the Small Biz Elite and Business Elite tiers.
4. Have you customized your Online Booking to match your brand?
Upload your logo and set your branding colours in your Online Portal (Settings > Company > Company Details) or send your branding colours & logo to support@cojilio.com and we will customize your Online Booking for you!
Step by Step Instructions:
Login to your Online Business Portal
#1 Set Company Details
- Click on Settings > Company in the top left-hand side
- Here you will find the company, billing, payment and connections (social media) settings.
- Ensure everything is filled out before setting up a Location:
- Tax, Time Zone, Company Policy, Logo

#2 Setup your Location
- Click Locations in your side menu
- The number of locations you are eligible to create depends on your Cojilio Subscription.
- Ensure everything is filled out before setting up the Staff.
- Make sure to turn on your location hours (days open/closed, opening/closing hours) before continuing to Create Staff

#3 Create your Staff
- Next, click on the Staff tab.
- Create your staff by entering username, first name, last name, email address and phone number
- The email address entered will be the email that receives booking notification emails
- The username entered will be their username to login to the Online Calendar and Cojilio Business App
- Do not forget to customize your staff hours to the days they work, the location, and times.

#4 Create your Services
Once Company Details, Location Hours & Staff Hours have been TURNED ON, you can now create a service.
- Next, click on the Services tab.
- In the Services tab, you can create:
- Services
- Service Categories
- Add-Ons
- Classes
- Packages
- Ensure everything is filled out before updating the service to public.

Additional Checklist
- Equipment
- Optional to add Equipment details: Name, Quantity, Assigned Location/ Users, Availability of Equipment.
- Loyalty (3) (included in the Small Biz Elite and Business Elite tiers)
- Optional to add Loyalty perks for clients. This is a point system.

- Include a Referral Program
- (2) Loyalty Settings (benefits)
- Loyalty Status Reset
- Points Balance Reset
- (3) Loyalty Discount
- Give clients the option to redeem their loyalty points for a discount.
- Can select specific services for each discount.
