How to: Create a new location
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Locations in the side menu
- Click Add to create a new location
- Add your Location Name
- This is the Location Name that clients will see in your Online Booking and Booking App
- Add your Location Address
- This is the Address that clients will open in Google Maps when they click "Find Us" in your Booking App. This is also the Address that all Mobile Appointments will calculate distance from.
- Add your Location Phone Number.
- This is the phone number that clients will call when they click Contact Us in your Booking App.
- Add your Location Time Zone
- This is the time zone that all appointments at this location will be booked in.
- Click Save
Add Location Hours of Operation
Once you click Update to save the new Location, the Hours of Operation Section will appear below
- Toggle the Open / Closed Switch to OPEN (Pink) for days this location is Open
- Set the From time to the Location Open Time. Clients will be unable to book appointments before this time.
- Click Update
How to: Set Holiday and Special Hours
- To add a Holiday or a day with custom hours, click Add a Date in the Holiday Hours section
- Select Closed if your location is closed for that day.
- Click Add to List
- Select Open if your location is open that day, but with special hours
- Input the From (Open) and To (Close) hours to set the special hours for that day
- Click Add to list
- Click Update
How to: Edit a location
- Click Locations in the side menu
- Click on the location you wish to edit
- Under Hours of Operation, edit the Location Hours
- Click Update
- Under Holiday Hours, edit a Holiday
- Click Update
