To set your Basic Company Information:
Login to your Online Portal
- Go to Settings > Company in the side menu
- Set your Company Name
- Set your Time Zone
- Set your Currency
- Set your Currency Symbol
- Upload your Company Logo (this logo will display on your Online Booking Portal)
- Enter your Tax Amount (if you dont charge tax, leave it at $0.00)
- Set your Multi-Quote Limit. This is how many services your clients are able to book at one time.
To set your Company Booking Preferences:
- Set your Availability Size. This is how often your Appointment Start Times are offered. Example: Availability Size of 15 minutes = Start Times 1:00pm, 1:15pm, 1:30pm, 1:45pm, etc
- Set your Max Lead Time. This is how far in advance your clients are able to book.
- Turn on Basic Booking Optimization if you would like appointment start times to display every 5, 10 or 15 minutes.
- Example:
- Basic Booking OFF, for a 1 hour service: Start Times 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:00pm, etc
- Basic Booking ON, for a 1 hour service: Start Times 1:00pm, 1:15pm, 1:30pm, 1:45pm, etc
- Turn on Sticky Booking Optimization if you wwant your clients to only be able to book appointments that are directly before or after your current appointments.
- Example:
- Sticky Booking OFF, with a 2-3pm existing appointment that day:
- Start Times 8:00am, 10:15am,11:30am,1:15pm, 5:45pm, etc
- Sticky Booking ON,with a 2-3pm existing appointment that day:
- Start Times 1:45pm & 3:00pm
- Sticky Booking OFF, with a 2-3pm existing appointment that day:
To Control what your Clients See in your Online Booking & Booking App
Photo Galleries
- If you want your clients to view your Photo Galleries in your Booking App, check Photos ON.
- Click Update to save this display setting.
PS: If you are not ready for clients to view your photo galleries, continue to upload photos in your Cojilio Business App with Photos turned OFF in App Control. When you are ready, turn Photos ON and your clients will be able to view all the photos you have been uploading.
Video Galleries
- If you want your clients to view your Video Galleries in your Booking App, check Videos ON.
- Click Update to save this display setting.
PS: If you are not ready for clients to view your video galleries, continue to upload videos in your Cojilio Business App with Videos turned OFF in App Control. When you are ready, turn Videos ON and your clients will be able to view all the videos you have been uploading.
Blog Posts
- If you want your clients to view your Blog Posts in your Booking App, check Blogs ON.
- Click Update to save this display setting.
PS: If you are not ready for clients to view your blog posts, continue to upload blogs in your Cojilio Business App with Blogs turned OFF in App Control. When you are ready, turn Blogs ON and your clients will be able to view all the Blogs you have been uploading.
Promo Banners
- If you want your clients to view your Promo Banners in your Booking App, check Promos ON.
- Click Update to save this display setting.
PS: If you are not ready for clients to view your promo posts, continue to upload promos in your Cojilio Business App with Promos turned OFF in App Control. When you are ready, turn Promos ON and your clients will be able to view all the Promos you have been uploading.
Loyalty Program
- If you want your clients to view your Loyalty Program in your Booking App, check Loyalty ON.
- Click Update to save this display setting.
PS: If you are not ready for clients to view your loyalty program, keep Loyalty turned OFF until you are ready to launch it.
Classes
- If you want your clients to view and book your Classes in your Booking App, check Classes ON.
- Click Update to save this display setting.
- If you are not ready for clients to view or book your Classes, keep Classes turned OFF until you are ready. You may continue to create Classes in your online portal. Once Classes are switched to ON, they will be visible to clients to view and book.
