How to: Turn ON Appointment Reminder #2 SMS
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Settings > Company
- Go to the "SMS & Email Notifications (for CUSTOMERS)" tab
- Turn ON (RED) "Appointment Reminder #2" SMS Notification

Select your SMS timeframe
- Select 2hr, 4hr, 8hr, 12hr or 24hr
- Click Update to save your changes
How to: Turn ON Appointment Booked SMS
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Settings > Company
- Go to the "SMS & Email Notifications (for CUSTOMERS)" tab
- Turn ON (RED) "Appointment Booked" SMS Notification
- Click Update to save your changes
