You asked, we listened! You can set a Form to not be automatically triggered/sent to customers (by booking appointments, registering, buying packages/memberships, or any other type of activity).
How to: Create a Form
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Forms in the side menu
- Click Add
- Enter your Form Title
- Optional: Include a Form Description to describe the purpose and intended use of this form
- Drag and drop Form Elements into your Form layout to add and format text, images, files, and other content fields as needed
- To set the form as no auto-trigger, click "No trigger / automation" under "Form Rules"
- Click Preview to see how your form will look from a clients perspective
- To complete your form at a later time, click Finish Later
- Click Publish when you have finished creating your form
- The published article will appear as LIVE
- Your new form will be available for you to use on the Forms page
