NEW! Direct Form Links (URLs)

You asked, we listened! You can now provide clients with a Direct Form Link (URL) without an appointment or Client Profile.

Login to your Online Portal

• Click Forms in the side menu
  • Once a Form has been published, a "Copy URL" pop-up and a "Copy URL" button (under the "Direct link" column) will display 

• Click the "Copy URL" button to copy the Direct Form Link to your clipboard
  • Once the Form Link is successfully copied, the button will display as "URL copied to clipboard!"

• The Form will be saved to the Clients' Profile and your business will receive an Email/SMS/Business App notification alert notifying you of the new Form submission!

When a client fills out a Form through a Direct Form Link, they are able to:

2. Create an account
