View Appointment Requests - Approve, Reject or Edit Booking Requests

Login to the Cojilio Business App (iOS) / Cojilio Business App (Android)

• Your Appointment Requests will be in your Requests List on your Home Screen

• Your Requests List will be in order from most recent Request to oldest Request

• Click on a Request to view the Request Details 

• Click Reject to Reject this appointment request
  • The client will be notified that the appointment could not be booked
• Click Edit to Edit the appointment details (Date, Time, Service Time Length, Price) and send the new details back to the client 
• Click Approve to Approve this appointment request
  • The client will be notified that their appointment has been confirmed
