Booking an Override Appointment allows you to book outside of Location & Staff Availability
Login to the Cojilio Business App (iOS) / Cojilio Business App (Android)
- You can book an appointment from the Online Calendar or Business App
How to: Book an Override Appointment in the Online Calendar
Login to the Online Calendar
- Click the + New Appointment button in the bottom right of the Online Calendar
- Select the client
- Select the service
- Select Override Mode
- Turn Override ON
- You will now be able to select a Date and Time outside of your Location and Staff Availability
- If your location closes at 5pm, you can now book after 5pm
- If your staff user works until 6pm that day, you can now book them after 6pm
- Click Book to book this appointment
- The client will be notified by Push Notification and Email Confirmation
How to: Book an Override Appointment in the Business App
On your Home Screen, click the + icon to book an appointment
- Once you click Book Appointment, you will be directed to the New Appointment Screen
- Turn Override ON
- You will now be able to select a Date and Time outside of your Location and Staff Availability
- If your location closes at 5pm, you can now book after 5pm
- If your staff user works until 6pm that day, you can now book them after 6pm
- Click Book to book this appointment
- The client will be notified by Push Notification and Email Confirmation
