Cancel an Appointment in the Business App

Login to the Cojilio Business App (iOS) / Cojilio Business App (Android)

• If the appointment is scheduled Today, click on the appointment you wish to cancel on your Home Screen
  • If the appointment is not for Today, click on the appointment you wish to cancel in your Calendar
• In the Appointment Details Screen, click Cancel

• Say Yes to the Are you sure? popup

• The appointment will be marked as Cancelled

• The client will be Notified by Push Notification and/or Email
