How to: Complete an appointment with a balance
Login to the Cojilio Business App (iOS) / Cojilio Business App (Android)
- Click on the appointment you wish to complete
- Click Complete
- In the "Client has not paid yet" pop-up:
- Select the card on file you wish to charge
- OR select "they paid elsewhere"
- Click Confirm
How to: Complete an appointment with zero balance
- Click on the appointment you wish to complete
- Click Complete
- In the "are you sure?" pop-up, click Yes
