WARNING: If the next scheduled payment is in 3 days or less, the next invoice may already been generated in Clover. Cancelling this Membership will not cancel the upcoming payment.
You must go to Clover Dashboard > Invoices > CANCEL the scheduled pending invoice for this customer. Without doing so, this customer will be charged for their next membership payment.
Login to your Online Calendar:
- Search for the customer
- Click on their name
- Their Client Profile will display
- Click the Packages tab > Click on the Recurring Membership you wish to cancel
- The Recurring Membership details will display
- Click the red Cancel button

When cancelling a clients Membership, you have the ability to 1) cancel at the end of the cycle and 2) cancel immediately

Cancel at end of cycle: Cancels the billing on Clover immediately (it does not charge the next cycle) and allows the client to continue using the membership in Cojilio. For example, the client has 2 weeks left, and the staff chooses this - This means the client can keep redeeming up until the 2 weeks is up

Cancel immediately: Cancels the billing on Clover immediately + Cancels the membership in Cojilio. For example, the client has 2 weeks left, and the staff chooses this - This means the cannot redeem any more appointments

Note: Regardless of which option you select, if you are cancelling close to the next payment date (for example, 3 days before the next payment is due), we suggest checking Clover for any open invoices and cancelling them. We are unable to do this on our end since Clover does not offer us that type of visibility.
