How to create a Membership (with recurring payment plan)

Do you want to offer clients memberships, where they are charged daily, weekly, monthly or yearly? You can now create a Recurring Membership in Cojilio!

How to: Create a Membership

Login to your Online Portal

• Click Services in the side menu 
• Click Packages on the Tab to go to the Packages List
• Click Add to create a Package

• The Add New Package popup will appear
• Define whether this is a Service Package, Class Package or a Service & Class Package
• If it is a Service Package, you may multi-select Locations that it is available at
• If it is a Class Package, you can only create it for 1 Location
• If it is a Service & Class Package, you can only create it for 1 Location

• Click Continue to create your membership
• Set your Membership Name, Category, Price and Expiration (Required)
• Set the Membership Limit, Total Available, and Services
• Set the Member Description & Photo
• Select the Membership Availability

How to: Set Recurring Billing on your Membership

• To set the Membership as a Recurring Membership, toggle ON “This is a Recurring Membership (Recurring Billing)

• Select an existing billing plan (if you already have one created in Cojilio)

• Or, create a new billing plan (for example: Balayage Recurring Membership – Billing Plan)
  • Enter the Plan Name
  • Enter the Amount
  • Set the Payment Frequency (for example: weekly, monthly, yearly billing)
  • Select how many payments (for example: 6 payments of $100 or payments are ongoing unless Recurring Membership is cancelled)
  • If you select a # of payments, you can set the package to auto-renew

• Click Create
  • The billing plan will be created!

• Click Activate to Activate the Membership
  • Once a membership is activated, it will be visible in your Online Booking, and clients will be able to subscribe to it
