Online Booking Tour: Memberships
Go to the Online Booking of your service provider you wish to purchase a membership from
- Available Memberships will display in the Online Booking Link:
- Click on the Memberships tab to view available memberships
- To subscribe to a membership, select the membership and click "Subscribe to membership":
- A confirmation pop-up will display with the first billing cycle payment date:
- Once you have subscribed to the membership, the membership details will display in your Online Booking Profile. A membership will display as pending until the first billing cycle payment is made:
Important to note: You can begin utilizing your membership once the first billing cycle payment has been made. This is also stated at the bottom of the screen when subscribing to the membership:
- Once the first billing cycle has been made, the membership will display as active:
How to: Redeem from an Active Membership
Go to the Online Booking of your service provider
- Click on the service that is included in your membership to go through the booking steps
- Redeeming from a membership is done at the last step of the appointment booking
- At the Booking Summary stage, you will see a "Redeem from Membership" button. Click on it to redeem this service from your membership

If you do not see a Redeem from Membership button, it is for the following reasons:
- The day you selected is not available for membership redemptions. For example, the package is not available to be redeemed on Saturdays
- You purchased the membership at another location (memberships cannot be transferable between locations). You must book the appointment at the location the membership was purchased
- Your membership has expired
- Your membership does not include the service you are booking
- You have used your sessions for the week/month depending on the redemption settings of the membership
