You can add a Package/Recurring Membership through the Client Profile in the Online Calendar!
How to: Add a Package/Membership to a Client Profile (with Payment)
Login to your Online Calendar
- Search for the client who you wish to add a package/membership for
- Their Client Profile will display
- Click the Packages tab
- Click the + ADD NEW button
- If the client does not have a Card on File, a pop-up message will display
- To add a Card on File, click the Account tab
- Click + Add Card to add a Card on File
- Once a card has been added, you will be able to add the Package/Membership with Payment to the Client Profile
- Select the Package/Membership you wish to add to the Client Profile
- Click Purchase
- The package/membership will now display on the Client Profile!
Important to note:
If you are a Clover merchant, Clover will charge clients the next day from now in UTC time. So, if you add a membership to a Client Profile on Tuesday, March 14th at 8:30 PM MST, the client will be charged + be able to utilize their membership on Thursday, March 16th (since March 14th 8:30 PM MST would be March 15th 2:30 AM UTC and they charge the following day which would be March 16th)
How to: Add a Package/Membership to a Client Profile (with no Recurring Payment)
Add a package/membership manually if the client has a package/membership from your previous booking system that they want to Utilize in Cojilio or if they have already paid for the package/membership.
Login to your Online Calendar
- Search for the client who you wish to add a package/membership for
- Their Client Profile will display
- Click the Packages tab
- Click the + ADD NEW button
- If the client does not have a Card on File, a pop-up message will display
- Click Add Manually (no payment)
- Select the Package/Membership
- Select the Expiration Date
- Set a specific expiration date OR,
- Set no expiration date
- Click Add manually (no payment)
- If the client has a Card on File, select Purchase to charge the Card on File
