Clients have the option to recover their accounts if they try to create an account with an email or phone number that is already on file.
Go to the Online Booking of the business you wish recover your account from
- Attempt to create an account
- Once you click Create account and continue, you will receive an error message that an account already exists with that email or phone number on file
- Click Recover Account
- Enter Email
- If you wish to restore the account using a phone number, click “Restore account using phone number”
- Click Send Code
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to the email or phone number
- Update your account information
- Enter email or phone number
- Confirm email or phone number
- Enter username
- Enter a new password
