How to: View your packages in Online Booking

Login to Online Booking of the business you purchased a package from

• Click View Account

• Click the Packages tab
• In the Packages tab, you can view:
  • Active packages (Package name, purchased date, last redeemed date, expiry date, remainder count)
  • Past packages (Package name, purchased date, last redeemed date, expiry date, remainder count)

How to: View your Packages in the Booking App

Login to the Booking App of the business you purchased a package from

• On the Home Page, click the icon at the top left to access your Side Menu
• Click My Packages
• In the Packages screen, you can view:
  • Active Packages (Package name, remainder count)
  • Expired Packages (Package name, remainder count)
