If you encounter this error when cashing out a cart on your Cojilio Terminal App:
It may be because the Cojilio Platform App was uninstalled from your Clover Account, and disconnected your connection to Cojilio
How to: Reconnect your Clover to Cojilio
- Login to your Clover Dashboard
- Click on Cojilio Booking Platform in the side menu
- Login to the Online Portal
Logging in again will reconnect your account and fix the issue
