FAQ: Is there a way that we can block a client from booking?
Login to your Online Portal
- Co to Customers in side menu
- Click on the Customer
- Disable their account
Note: If the client attempts to create another account with the same email or phone number on file, the system will not allow them to because that email/phone number is on the disabled client account.
However, they still may be able to create another account if they were to use a different email or phone number.
