If you do not want clients to have to register or login in order to book, you have the option to turn on "Allow Guest Booking." With this feature turned on, clients will not be required to register or login to an account to book an appointment,. They will only be required to include their 1) first name, and 2) phone number and/or email address.
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Settings > Company in the left-hand side menu
- Go to the Payment & Appointment Controls tab
- Toggle ON (RED) "Allow Guest Booking"
- Click Update to save your changes
