Create Equipment

Login to your Online Portal

• Click Equipment in the side menu 
• Click Create Equipment

• Enter the Equipment Name, Quantity, Location and Assigned Users

• If you would like to track each equipment individually by serial number (this works best for identical equipment that has more than 1 quantity), switch the toggle to ON and enter the individual serial numbers for each machine

• Click Save 
• The Equipment Availability Hours will appear below

• The hours are defaulted to UNAVAILABLE everyday
• Click AVAILABLE for the days this equipment is available
  • For ease of use, the assigned Location Hours have been default filled in (8AM to 6PM in this example)

• Adjust the hours if you would like to customize when the resource is available
• Click Update
  • This resource will now be available to be assigned to a service
