Login to your Online Portal
- Click Services in the side menu
- In the Service List, click on the Service you wish to assign equipment to
- In the Resources Tab, go to the Equipment Section above Staff. All created Equipment that can be assigned to this service will be in the list
- Not seeing Equipment in this list? It could be that the Equipment you are looking for is assigned to a location that this service is not assigned to
- Toggle the switch ON to Assign an Equipment to this service
- Click Update
Set Required Quantity
You are able to set the required quantity for an equipment. This prevents for other services that have the equipment assigned from being booked if all the equipment is in use and needed for 1 booking.
For example: A party entertainment business has 3 rooms only. One party service requires all 3 Party Rooms as equipment for 1 booking. The required quantity will then be set to 3; this prevents any other services that need a party room (during the same time slot) from being booked since there are only 3 rooms and all 3 are needed for 1 booking.
