Create a Package

You can now set monetary value, and different redemption limits on Packages & Memberships!

Login to your Online Portal

• Click Services in the side menu 
• Click Packages & Memberships on the Tab to go to the Packages & Memberships list

• Click Add to create a Package

The Add New Package popup will appear

• Define whether this is a Service, Class or Service & Class Package

• If it is a Service Package, you may multi-select Locations that it is available at
• If it is a Class or Service & Class Package, you can only create it for 1 Location
• Click Continue to create your package
• If it is a Class or Class & Service Package, you may only create it for One Location at a time
• Click Continue to create your Class Package

Set Package Name, Category, Price and Expiration (Required) 

• Enter the Package Name
  • This is the package name that clients will see in your Online Booking and Booking App
• Select or Add the Category that this Package belongs in
  • Clients will view Categories before Services
• Enter the Price for this Package
  • Clients will pay this full fee upfront when purchasing this package in your app

• Set an Expiry Date
  • Enter a Universal Expiry Date
    • This package expires for every client on this date
• Set an Expiry from Purchase Date
  • The package will expire X days and X months after the client purchases the package
• Set Package never expires
  • Package will never expire

Set included Services / Add-Ons / Classes

• Enter the Services / Add-Ons / Classes included in this package
  • Click Add Another to add a new service, add-on or class
  • Enter the Quantity of each in the package

Package Description & Photo

• Enter the Short Description (preview description for clients) for this package
• Enter the Full Description (full description for clients) for this package
  • Optional: Upload a Package Photo 

• Click Save to save this package

Set Package Limit and Rules

• Enter the Limit Per Client
  • How many packages 1 clients can purchase
• Enter the Total Packages Available
  • How many packages are available overall. If you only want to sell 100 packages, set this to 100
• Optional: Set Limit total amount of redemptions allowed
  • Set the maximum amount of total items (service, class, or package) that can be redeemed from this package.
• Optional: Limit total service redemptions allowed
  • Set the maximum amount of services that can be redeemed from this package.
• Optional: Set total class redemptions allowed
  • Set the maximum amount of classes that can be redeemed from this package.
• Optional: Limit total add-on redemptions allowed
  • Set the maximum amount of add-ons that can be redeemed from this package.
• Optional: Limit the total quantity of hours that be redeemed
  • Set the maximum number of hours that can be redeemed from this package.
• Optional: Limit the amount of redemptions allowed in a fixed time period
  • Set the maximum amount of services that can be redeemed from this package in a specific time period.
• Optional: Limit the total price that can be redeemed
  • Set the maximum total price that can be redeemed from this package.
• Set Group Booking Settings
  • Set Group Booking = 1 Redemption x per person
    • Example: Group of 4 people = 4 redemptions
  • Set Group Booking = Redemption
    • Example: Group of 4 people = 1 redemption

Select the Package Availability

• Click Activate to Activate this package
  • Once a package is activated, it will be visible in your booking app and online booking, and clients will be able to purchase it
