How to: Create a New Position

Log in to your Online Portal

Click Staff in the left-hand side menu

Scroll down to the All Positions section
- Click Add
- Enter the Position Name
- Optional: Enter an Alias

Set Permissions
- Turn ON (RED) or turn OFF (GREY) the permissions you want to grant this position
- Click Add to create the new position
- Once the position has been created, you can assign it to an Admin or Bookable Calendar Account

Appointments:
- Create Appointment
- Reschedule Appointment
- Cancel Appointment
- Edit Appointment
- View All Appointments
- Book Appointments for other staff
- Allow "Fast Book" booking
- Allow "Override" booking

Reports:
- View Reports

Clients:
- View All Clients
- View Client Details

Staff Members:
- Create Staff Member
- Edit Staff Member

Services:
- Create Service
- Edit Services

Upload:
- Photos
- Videos
- Blog
- Promo
- Send Push Notification Announcement
