Now staff members can receive SMS (text) alerts for new bookings, reschedules, cancellations, forms submitted - ALL appointment activity!
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Settings > Company in the top left-hand side menu
- Scroll down to the "SMS & Email Notifications (for EMPLOYEES)" tab
- In the "Employees" section, toggle ON/OFF the SMS Notifications you want all Bookable Calendar accounts to receive
- In the "Admin Accounts" section, toggle ON/OFF the SMS Notifications you want all Admin accounts to receive
- Note: If "Client Arrival Self Check-in" SMS Notification (for clients) is toggled OFF, the "Client "Arrived"" SMS Notifications for Employees/Admins cannot be toggled ON
- Click Update
