Cojilio integrates seamlessly with your Clover Merchant account, enabling you to process all Card Not Present Payments (such as deposits, pre-payments, and package sales) through Cojilio Booking using Clover.
Key Features of Cojilio x Clover Integration:
- Charge Saved Cards: Our integration allows you to charge saved cards on file for balances and cancellation fees.
- POS Device Integration: While a POS device is not required, our system integrates with Clover POS for Card Present Payments. This means you can send open carts/appointments to your Clover POS for clients who prefer to tap their Visa or other cards.
How to Use Cojilio x Clover Integration:

Online Booking & Deposits:
- Once the client is ready to check out, click Send to Terminal
- The cart will appear in your Cojilio Terminal App under the "Ready for Checkout" list
- Go to your Clover Dashboard to view the transaction details
- Navigate to Transactions in the left side menu to see the sale details
- Checkout: Send a cart to Clover Terminal
Payment Reporting in Clover:
- Your Payment Reporting in Clover will display detailed transaction information in your Orders and Transactions > Payments section of the Clover Dashboard. For example, a haircut transaction might show as: Haircut $100, $13 Tax, $18 Gratuity/Tip.
Service Setup:
- Services (such as haircuts and manicures) must be set up in Cojilio due to our more advanced booking and availability rules. A sync for services is not available between Cojilio and Clover.
