Cojilio does sync directly to the Clover customers app when any type of payment activity occurs in Cojilio. For example:
- John Smith books a 2 hour appointment online > Adds Card on File > Pre-pays in full or a partial deposit > Is transferred to Clover customers app.
- Jane Smitherson books a 1 hour appointment online > Does not add a card or make any pre-payment > Is not transferred to Clover customers app, because no payment activity occurred in Cojilio yet.
We recommend having pre-pay in full turned ON for the Online Booking, this way:
(1) All customers that register/book online are always synced to Clover immediately after they book their first appointment and,
(2) All customers arrive with a $0 balance, because they have booked their appointment online & fully pre-paid.
