When you create your Cojilio Account, you start with a free trial. No charges occur until your trial is over.
Cancelling your account
Cojilio Booking Subscriptions: You can cancel your account at any time by emailing support@cojilio.com
Cojilio Branded Subscriptions (12 month term): After the first 12 months of your subscription, you can cancel by emailing support@cojilio.com. You cannot cancel until after the first year (12 months) of the subscription.
Clover App Market Subscriptions (Not "Connect Existing" Tier): If you purchased your Cojilio subscription in the Clover App Market, you must Un-install the Cojilio Booking Platform in your Clover Dashboard to cancel your subscription.
Cancel and you won’t be charged again
Once you cancel, you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already incurred for the current billing period.
- For example: If you sign up on the 20th of the month, your billing cycle is on the 20th of every month. If you cancel your account on the 24th, you'll still be charged for the current month, but you will not be charged again afterwards.
- Note: Refunds are not offered on subscriptions. This policy is stated and can be found in the "Fees" section of the Cojilio Licence Agreement.
