Create a Display-Only Package

Login to your Online Portal 

• Click Services in the side menu 
• Click Packages on the Tab to go to the Packages List
• Your package will be for display on your website only
  • In order for clients to purchase a package, upgrade your subscription to a Cojilio Booking Subscription (Premium or Elite) in your Billing > Subscription > Upgrade

• Click Add a package to create a Package

The Add New Package popup will appear

• Define whether this is a Service Package or Class Package

• If it is a Service Package, you may multi-select Locations
• Click Continue to create your package

• If it is a Class Package, you may only create it for One Location at a time
• Click Continue to create your Class Package

Set Package Name, Category, Price and Expiration (Required) 

• Enter the Package Name (this is the package name that clients will see in your Online Booking and Booking App)
• Select or Add the Category that this Package belongs in (Clients will view Categories before Services). Example: Category: Packages > Class: Ultimate Lash Package
• Enter the Price for this Package
  • Clients will pay this full fee upfront when purchasing this package in your app
• Enter the Expiration Date for this package
  • Enter a Universal Expiry Date (this package expires for every client on this date)
  • In this example, all client packages will expire Dec 31 2021 regardless of purchase date

• Enter an Expiry from Purchase Date (the package will expire X days and X months after the client purchases the package) 
  • In this example, a clients package will expire 6 months after their purchase date

• Click Update to save your changes
• Click the Show on Website checkbox to make this service visible on your website

Set Package Limit, Total Available, and Services

• Enter the Limit Per Client (how many packages 1 clients can purchase)
• Enter the Total Packages Available (how many packages are available overall. If you only want to sell 100 packages, set this to 100).
• Enter the Services / Classes included in this package
  • Click Add Another to add a new service or class
  • Enter the Quantity of each in the package
• In this example, this package includes 6 Classic Full Set and 6 Classic Refill 

Package Description & Photo

• Enter the Short Description (preview description for clients) for this package
  • Example: An entire years worth of Lashes!
• Enter the Full Description (full description for clients) for this package
  • Example: 6 Full Sets, 6 Refills and 6 Mini Refills. Expires Dec 31 2020. Limit 1 Per Client. Cannot be transferable to other clients.
• Upload a Package Photo (Optional)

• Click Save to save your changes
• Click the Show on Website checkbox to make this service visible on your website
