View Client Metrics

Login to your Cojilio Business App (iOS)

1. On your Home Screen, click the Clients Icon
   • Your client list will display

• Click a Client to view their profile
• Your will land on the Client Profile Screen

 

• The icons in the top bar of their profile are the client metrics (from top left to right):
  • Total Spend $
  • Referrals 
  • Allergies (click to view allergies or add one)
  • Average Spend $ Per Visit
  • Favourite Service (most booked)
  • Loyalty Level & Points Balance
  • Lates (how many times they have been marked Late to an appointment)
  • No-Shows (how many times they have been marked No-Show to an appointment)
