Create & View your Loyalty Program - Full Tutorial

Login to your Online Portal

• Click Loyalty > System in the side menu
• Click Add New to create your first loyalty level/tier

• In the Add New Tier popup, enter the
  • Tier name
  • Tier Color
  • Points Range
  • Short Description
  • Optional:  Extended description

• Click Add to create the Loyalty Tier
• Once you have created your Loyalty Tiers, you can create your Referral Program
• In the Referral Program section, enter:
• • • The # of points per referral a client will receive
  • Award Points Upon sets which action the referral must complete before points are awarded to the referrer
    • App Registration: Referrer will receive points when Referral registers on your app
    • First Appointment Booked: Referrer will receive points when Referral books their first appointment
    • In-App Purchase is Made: Referrer will receive points once the Referral spends money in your app (deposit payment, cancellation fee, pay appointment balance, purchase private media, purchase package, etc)
  • Max Referrals: Enter the maximum amount of referrals a client receive points for
    • If your Max is set to 10, a client will only receive points for their first 10 referrals
  • Click Activate to activate the referral program

• You will see a Success Message and Your Referral Program will be set to Live
• New clients registering with the app will now be asked if they were referred by someone and will enter their referral code
• Existing clients can find their referral code in the app menu below their name

Create Loyalty Discounts

Loyalty Discounts are discounts on Services that can be redeemed with loyalty points

Example: Loyalty Discount "10OFFWITH1000" would give a client 10% Off Any Service when redeeming 1000 loyalty points

• Click Loyalty > Discounts in the side menu
• Click Add New to create a Loyalty Discount

• The Add Discount Code popup will appear
• Name the discount
• Discount Type: set whether the discount is a fixed amount of $ off, or a % of the clients’ total
• Discount Amount: Enter the amount off (entering 10 will either be 10% off or $10.00 off)
• Include / Exclude Services:
  • Click Exclude to select the services that are not available for this coupon discount
  • Select Include to select the services that are available for this coupon discount
• Points to Redeem: Set the number of points a client must redeem from their balance to apply this coupon
• Click Add to save the discount code
  • Example in the screen below:  Discount LASH15 will give clients 15% off when they redeem 750 loyalty points, and 4 services are included: Classic Full Set, Lash lift & tint, Hybrid Full Set, Volume Full Set (the discount will only be redeemable on these 4 services)

• Once added, check the Active checkbox to activate the discount code
• This discount code will not be available for clients to redeem until the Active checkbox is checked ON

Once you have created your Loyalty Tiers, Referral Program and Discount Codes, you are ready to activate your Loyalty Program

• Click Loyalty > Settings in the side menu

• Click Activate in the Loyalty System section to Activate your Loyalty System
  • Once it has been activated, clients will be able to view your loyalty system and see their loyalty status and points balance
• To reset all clients’ loyalty levels to the lowest level at a scheduled day and time, in the Loyalty Status Reset section, select a recurring period, reset date, and reminder notice.
• Click Activate

In this below example, the status of all clients will be reset to the lowest tier (example: Bronze) every year on August 30th.  All clients will be reminded of the reset 30 days prior.

• To reset all clients’ points to 0 at a scheduled day and time, in the Points Balance Reset section, select a recurring period, reset date, and reminder date
• Click Activate

In this example, all clients’ points balance will be reset to 0 every year on August 31st.  All clients will be reminded of the reset 30 days prior.
