1. Have you connected your Clover?
Go to the Cojilio Booking Platform in the Clover App Market
- Click Connect
- Click Accept
- Cojilio will now appear in your Clover Dashboard Side Menu
- Click on Cojilio Booking Platform in your left side menu to complete the connection
- The Cojilio Online Portal login will appear
- Login to connect your Clover to Cojilio
How to: Activate
- Click Settings > Payment in the side menu
- Click ENABLE
- Once it is activated, it the payment gateway will be enabled
- Clover is now connected to Cojilio
2. Have you ensured your Taxes are synced correctly?
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Settings > Company
- Turn ON Clover Product Sync
Any taxes or flat fees created in Clover will sync to Cojilio.
NOTE: If the Cojilio Tax settings are blank, there are no taxes to sync over from Clover yet.
If you are an existing Cojilio Customer that joined Cojilio prior to March 2022, please reach out to support@cojilio.com for your advanced tax settings to be turned on. If you joined after April 1st, 2022, advanced tax settings will automatically be turned on.
To ensure your taxes that were created in Clover sync to Cojilio:
- Click Settings > Company
- Beside Company Tax Settings, click Refresh Tax Rates
The new taxes created in Clover that are not included in the list will sync and display.
3. Have you connected your Clover Terminal to Cojilio?
(Log in to the Cojilio Terminal App on your Clover Terminal(s).
In order for the "Send to Terminal" option to display in the Online Calendar, you must login to the Cojilio Terminal App on your Clover device with your Cojilio credentials.
