NEW! How to set Variable Pricing on a Service or Add-On

Does a service price depend on price, promotion or quantity? You can now set variable pricing on services!

Login to your Online Portal

• Click Services in the side menu
• Under the Pricing Rules tab, toggle ON "multiple prices"

• Select which pricing you want to set 
  • Price by time
  • Price by promotion
  • Price by quantity

How to: Set Variable Price by Time

• Select which days of the week you want to offer this pricing
• Set the timeframe you want to offer this pricing (in this example, 4pm-8pm this service is $45)
• Set the price you want to offer on the chosen days and times
• Check off "Allow discount" if you want to allow customers to apply a Promo or Loyalty discount on this special pricing
  • If "Allow discount" is not checked off, customers will not be able to apply a Promo or Loyalty discount for this pricing
• Click the save icon to save your settings

 

How to: Set Variable Price by Promotion

• Select from date and time
• Select to date and time
• Set the price you want to offer during the promotional period
• Check off "Allow discount" if you want to allow customers to apply a Promo or Loyalty discount on this special pricing
  • If "Allow discount" is not checked off, customers will not be able to apply a Promo or Loyalty discount for this pricing
• Click the save icon to save your settings

 

How to: Set Variable Price by Quantity

• Select quantity from and quantity to
• Set the price you want to offer for the quantity chosen
• Check off "Allow discount" if you want to allow customers to apply a Promo or Loyalty discount on this special pricing
  • If "Allow discount" is not checked off, customers will not be able to apply a Promo or Loyalty discount for this pricing
• Click the save icon to save your settings
