You can now sync your Clover Service Fee to apply to transactions!
If you are a new customer, your Clover Service Fee will automatically sync into Cojilio - However, it must be turned ON to be applied to transactions.
How to: Create a Clover Service Fee
Login to your Clover Dashboard
- Click Account & Setup in the side menu
- Click Additional Charges
- Check off "Service Charge"
- Enter your Service Fee name
- Enter Service Fee amount
- Click Save
How to: Turn ON Clover Service Fee
Login to your Online Portal
- Click Settings > Company in the side menu
- Under Clover, toggle ON "Automatically Charge Extra Service Charge on all transactions"
- Toggle ON " Allow disable of Extra Service Charge during Cart Checkout" if you would like to be able to turn OFF the Service Fee in a clients cart
- Toggle ON " Display on Customer Receipt" if you would like the Service Fee to display as a line item in the Cojilio invoice
- Note: Clover does not display the Service Fee in their receipts. If you would like the client to receive a receipt that displays the Service Fee, you can email or print a Cojilio invoice.
How to: View Clover Service Fee in Clients Cart
You can view the Service Fee on the Appointment Details screen or in the clients cart.
Login to your Online Calendar
- Click on the appointment of the client who you wish to view the Service Fee on
- In the Appointment Details screen, scroll to the bottom to view the appointment balance
- The Service Fee will display under Tax
- Click Checkout to view the Service Fee on the clients cart
How to: Turn off Clover Service Fee in Clients Cart
A Clover Service Fee can only be turned OFF if "Allow disable of Extra Service Charge during Cart Checkout" is toggled ON in the Company Settings.
Login to your Online Calendar
- Click on the appointment of the client who you wish to remove a Service Fee from
- Click Checkout
- In the clients cart, toggle OFF the Service Fee
- Click Update
