You have the option to confirm an appointment on behalf of a client if:
- They have not confirmed their 24-HR Confirmation SMS but you know that they are coming to their appointment
- You booked the appointment on behalf of the client and wish to confirm the appointment on their behalf
- You prefer to call clients to confirm appointments manually
Login to your Online Calendar
- Click on the appointment of the client whose appointment you wish to confirm
- In the Appointment Details, click the Confirm button
- The Appointment Details will display as confirmed by the staff who confirmed the appointment, and the date and time the appointment was confirmed
