In the Online Calendar, you can:
- View Packages/Memberships a client has purchased (Package/Membership name, last redeemed, purchased date, expiry date, remainder count
- Manually adjust a clients package/Membership
- Book an appointment from the Package screen so the Package/Membership is automatically redeemed during booking
How to: Edit a Clients Package/Membership through search
Login to your Online Calendar
- Search for the client who's package(s)/Membership you wish to edit
- The Client Profile screen will display
- Click the Packages tab
- All active and expired packages/Membership will display
- On the Package/Membership you wish to edit, click the Redeem button

- The Package Details screen will appear
- To manually adjust the package/Membership, click on the x Left box
- Use the arrows to adjust the quantity of the package/Membership
- Click Update Package
How to: Edit a Clients Package/Membership through the appointment screen
Login to your Online Calendar
- Click on the appointment of the client who's package(s)/Membership(s) you wish to edit
- Click on the clients name
- The Client Profile screen will display
- Click the Packages tab
- All active and expired packages/Membership will display
- On the Package/Membership you wish to edit, click the Redeem button
