If a client has confirmed their appointment (by responding to the Appointment Confirmation SMS), the appointment block will display as green & their appointment status will display as confirmed
If the client has arrived for their appointment (by responding to the 30 Min Arrival SMS), they will display in the Client Lobby
If the client has not arrived for their appointment (by responding to the 30 Min Arrival SMS), they will display under Upcoming Appointments in the Client Lobby
Client Check-In: Calendar Lobby
Login to your Online Calendar
- Click on Client Lobby located above the Staff icons to view clients who have confirmed their arrival or who have an upcoming appointment
- The Client Lobby will display clients who responded "1" to the Arrival SMS to notify you that they have arrived for their appointment but have not been checked-in or clients who responded "1" to the Arrival SMS to notify you that they have arrived for their appointment and have been checked-in by staff
- These clients are either waiting outside, waiting in the lobby, or waiting at your do
- If the client did not respond to the 30 Min Arrival SMS, they will display under Upcoming Appointments and their status will display as "Has not arrived yet"
- To manually check-in a client, click Check-in
Client Check-In: Business App
Login to the Cojilio Business App (iOS) / Cojilio Business App (Android)
- On the Business App Homepage, the Client Lobby will display
- The Client Lobby in the Business App is View Mode ONLY
- To Check-In a client for their appointment in the Business App, click on the appointment
- The Appointment Details will appear
- Click Check-in
