Can a checkbox be added on Cojilio prior to making a payment for an appointment, stating "I have read and accept the conditions of the cancellation and disclaimer policies"?
Yes, this is set in the Cancellation Policy of the service. Clients will have to check the box that they have read and understood the policy you have set.

When someone pre-books a session in Cojilio and wants to cancel before the 48-hour cancellation policy is in effect, is there or can there be a cancellation option on their confirmation? Or do we, the business, have to cancel them manually?
If a client books a service that has a cancellation policy of 48 hours, they are able to cancel/reschedule their own appointment on their own up until 48 hours before the appointment.
Once their appointment is within 48 hours, clients will still be able to cancel their appointment if they agree to pay the cancellation fee set on the service. If they would like to avoid the cancellation fee, they can call in to cancel their appointment and ask you to waive the cancellation fee.
