To apply a discount, add the discount amount in the client’s cart during checkout. This way, the discount would be reflected in their Cart Details for you to reference.
You can also include in the Client Notes that you gave the client a one-time discount.
For example: “February 14th – Applied a one-time discount of $10”
The Client Note would be viewable in each of that clients appointments if staff ever wish to reference it.
