What is Padding Time and how does it work in the Online Calendar?
Padding Time is an invisible setting that does not appear in the Online Calendar. When booking appointments within the Availability section, the timeslots shown will already include the padding time.
How can staff keep track of Padding Time rules?
We recommend creating a printed cheat sheet to display at the front desk. This will help ensure all staff members are aware of the Padding Time rules for each service, making it easier for them to know when to book appointments.
