You can now send an SMS "we missed you at your appointment!" SMS to clients that no-showed their appointment.
The SMS texts that are sent from your Cojilio Booking to your customers are:
- Appointment Reminder SMS
- Appointment Reminder #2 SMS
- New Appointment Booked SMS
- 30 Minute Arrival SMS
- Rescheduled appointments SMS (when you reschedule an appointment, the client receives a text message with their rescheduled appointment information. When customers reschedule their own appointment, they do not receive a text message)
- Appointment No-Showed SMS
- Form Reminder SMS
- “Your client account has been created” SMS (when you create a client in Cojilio, they receive a text message with their username and temporary password and link to login)
- "Password Reset" SMS (if staff/client reset their password through SMS)
If you want to limit the SMS Appointment Notifications, you can adjust this in your Online Portal:
- Click Settings > Company
- Go to the "SMS & Email Notifications (for CUSTOMERS)" tab
- Turn ON (RED) or turn OFF (GREY) the SMS Notifications
- Click Update to save your changes
You can also control which customers receive SMS notifications in your Online Portal:
- Click Customers in the side menu
- Select the customer you wish to turn off SMS notifications for
- Under the Notification Settings section, toggle OFF SMS
- Click Update to save your changes
