Does a client have to be registered to access the forms I create?

Forms can either be assigned to an appointment.

• For example: Facial service requires a Facial Form. All customers that have a Facial booked will automatically have to fill out the form.

Forms can also be assigned to a client profile manually for special case scenarios.

• For example: In your Online Calendar you can assign a form to a client in their profile without an appointment. Either way, the customer would have to have an account in Cojilio in order to fill out a form.

In short: Cojilio Forms are automatically assigned to a client if their appointment requires it, or are manually assigned to a client profile by yourself. However, a client will have to login or register for an account to fill out a form.

Is there a link I can use to add to my website or social media for clients to access the forms?

You can use Direct Form Links (URLs) to enable customers to fill out the form immediately. In your Online Portal (online.cojilio.com):

1. Click Forms in the side menu
2. Beside the desired form, in the "Direct link" column, click Copy URL
3. Send the customer the form link or paste it into a new tab and have them fill it out

If I add forms to my subscription, when am I charged for them?

The additional charge will be added to your next billing cycle.

If you decide that you want to add forms to your subscription, you can do so in your Online Portal: Settings > Billing.
