What do the Online Calendar appointment colors mean?

Appointment Colors:

Yellow: Within your Reminder Confirmation SMS Notification timeframe, if a client does not respond to their Confirmation SMS text, their appointment will turn yellow (not confirmed)

Green: A booked appointment.

• Once a client receives their Reminder Confirmation SMS text, and they send “1” to confirm their appointment, their appointment will display as green (confirmed)

Help Guide: Appointment Status (Confirmed & Arrived)

Red: A no-show or cancelled appointment

Grey: A completed appointment 

Blue: An appointment request

• If you have set a service to have “Confirmation Required” turned ON, it will display as a blue request in your Calendar and will only turn Green once it has been confirmed in the Cojilio Business App
